Why am I receiving emails from you?

You received an email from us for one of the following reasons:

• A vehicle dealership who uses our software wants to contact you.
• You have submitted an enquiry to a dealership who uses our system to manage their customer contacts. 
• You have enquired to purchase a car, bike, or other vehicle from one of the dealerships who use our system to manage their customer contacts.
• You have enquired to sell your vehicle to a dealership who uses our system.

The dealership you are in communication with has used our software to ease their contact with you, and to serve your needs better.

How do I opt out from communications?

You can click the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of any email you've received from us to opt out from email communications.

What is this?

We are software company who have created a communications software solution (CRM) for used and new vehicle dealerships. Our customer communications software is used by dealerships in the UK and US. 

This is the domain for our official mail server, which the dealerships who use our system can use to send and receive email from their customers.

How do I contact the dealership who is emailing me?

You can reply to any email you have received from us, and it will be forwarded automatically to the dealership who you are in contact with.

How did you collect permission to contact me?

We collected explicit opt-in permission for emails and SMS when you filled out the original enquiry form on a dealership's website, or in response to an ad.

Do you have a legitimate reason to contact me?

According to our terms and conditions, we send emails on behalf of the dealerships who use our system for the purposes of:

• Contacting you so a dealership can fulfil your original request for the sale or purchase of a vehicle
• Contacting you so that a finance brokerage or dealership may arrange vehicle finance on your behalf, or when you purchase a vehicle
• To fulfil customer service requests and to comply with local data protection regulations

Will you ever contact me directly?

We never contact customers directly. Our software only facilitates the communication between customers (you) and the dealerships who we work with. We provide a software solution called Grease CRM that makes these interactions easier.

What information do you hold on me?

We process your information, on behalf of the dealership you were in contact with, for the purposes of fulfilling your original enquiry - to buy or sell a vehicle.

Who do you share my information with?

Your information is only shared with the dealership you originally contacted in regards to your enquiry. 

How long do you hold information?

We hold information for a maximum of 6 (six) years in accordance with the UK GDPR regulations.

What are my information rights?

You may ask for a full copy of any information we hold, or for your information to be permanently deleted from our system, at any time. 

Where are you based?

We are a limited company based in Manchester, UK. We conduct business in accordance with the UK GDPR regulations, and are registered as a data controller with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
